It accepts any 3× Tier 4 items (across categories) and outputs 1× Tier 5 base material — the inputs for the Tier 5 weapon set. Plan a 4-week cycle: build Tier 4 items Mon/Thu/Sun, then submit them on the next Tier 5 day.
