By accessing or using this website (Task Bar Hero Database, taskbarhero.vip) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is an unofficial, fan-maintained reference wiki and database for the game Task Bar Hero. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers of Task Bar Hero. All game content, names, screenshots, and trademarks referenced here remain the property of their respective owners. We use them only for informational and editorial purposes under applicable fair-use / quotation principles.

What we provide

• Searchable pages describing heroes, items, materials, skills, runes, stages, monsters, Cube catalog entries, and related reference content, often labeled with a patch version when verified.
• Lookup and planning tools (for example Drop Finder, Farming Optimizer, build-related tools) that operate on the site’s curated data.
• Original guides and explainers written for this site.
• Optional user accounts (sign-up / sign-in) for features that require authentication.
• An admin console for site operators (content, configuration, roles, and operational tools).
• Optional paid or credit-based features only when operators enable payment providers; the public wiki remains usable without purchasing anything.

This is not an official game server, marketplace, or trading desk. We do not sell in-game items, currency, or account boosts.

Accounts

• You may browse most public content without an account.
• If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use.
• You must be old enough under the laws of your region to form a binding agreement and to use online services (and at least 13 years old, or the higher digital-consent age where applicable).
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required by law.
• Email verification and password reset depend on email delivery being configured by operators; when disabled, those flows will not work until configured.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• Scrape or automate access in a way that overloads our servers, bypasses rate limits, or circumvents security controls.
• Republish our original guides or curated datasets on another site without attribution and a link back to the source.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to share.
• Harass, scam, or mislead other players or site users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, the admin console, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Probe or exploit vulnerabilities except through responsible disclosure (see security.txt).
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including infringement of third-party rights.
• Misrepresent affiliation with the game developers or with this site’s operators.

User content and uploads

If you upload or submit content (for example images via upload features):

• You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the features you used.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload it and that it does not violate law or these Terms.
• We may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the service.

Payments (when enabled)

• Paid features, if any, are optional and described at the point of purchase.
• Prices, taxes, and refund rules are shown by the checkout flow or payment provider.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of related entitlements pending review.
• If payment features are not enabled, any checkout UI or APIs will not complete real charges.

Intellectual property

• Game content (names, characters, item names, in-game text/art) is the property of the game’s developers and rights holders. We reference it for editorial/informational purposes only.
• Our original content (original guide prose, data curation presentation, tool logic, and site design) is owned by the site operators. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.
• Trademarks for Task Bar Hero and related marks belong to their respective owners. References here do not imply endorsement.

Accuracy and “as-is” disclaimer

Game data changes with every patch. We work to keep entries current and often label patch versions, but we cannot guarantee that any number, drop rate, or strategy matches the version of the game you are playing. The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Always cross-check with official in-game tooltips or the developers’ patch notes before irreversible decisions about your game account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for in-game losses, missed rewards, mis-trades, or decisions made based on site content. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50, except where prohibited.

Takedown and rights requests

If you are a rights holder and want specific content reviewed or removed, email contact@taskbarhero.vip with:

• The URL of the page in question.
• The specific content to review.
• A statement of your relationship to the content.

We respond to clear, good-faith requests promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the site and close your account if you have one.
